Job description role and responsibilities
As Marketing & Commercial Manager role, responsibilities and handling following tasks:
Identifying potential customers:
- Conducting market research to determine target demographics
- Analysing customer data and behaviours
- Creating customer personas, identifying common characteristics and preferences among target customers
- Conducting surveys or interviews to gather feedback and insights
- Tracking website or social media engagement to identify potential leads, analysing competitors’ customer base to identify potential customers.
Building Business relationships with healthcare facilities and professional:
- Identifying key personnel within the healthcare facilities and professionals (owners, administrators, and other decision-makers)
- Establish communication channels to reach out to the key stakeholders through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to introduce UENS UK LIMITED
- Building trust and understanding between UENS UK Limited and business partners.
Demonstrating the features and benefits of the equipment:
- Use a demonstration video that includes the features and benefits of the equipment. Highlight
- Organize a live demonstration of the medical equipment at a healthcare facility or trade show.
- Develop informative brochures, flyers, and product datasheets detailing the features and benefits of the medical equipment.
- Host training sessions
- Collect testimonials from healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with key opinion partners
- Develop case studies that illustrate real-life scenarios
Negotiating contracts and pricing:
- Research and understanding of the market rate.
- Negotiation process with clear objective
- Be flexible and be open to exploring different options to reach an agreement.
- Seek professional support or contract expert to secure best possible deal.
- Set up realistic pricing and contract terms.
- Document all agreements, terms, and conditions in writing.
Delivery and Installation:
- Deliver goods to desired location, assembling, installation and commissioning
Providing training:
- Proper training on how to use equipment is essential to ensure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness in the workplace.
- Provide instruction manuals either in physical or digital format.
- Demonstration to show employees how to correctly operate the equipment, including start-up procedures, safety precautions, and maintenance guidelines.
Ongoing support and maintenance services:
- Regular communication with customers to gather feedback and ensure they are satisfied with the product.
- Warranty and repair services for any defects or malfunctions that may occur.
- Attending customer service online help desks where customers can send email for assistance.

The ideal candidate for this position should have
Executive master’s in business administration (MBA) and MBBS qualifications
